All orders are dispatched in 2-4 days!

Untracked lettermail

Untracked lettermail (flat stickers only) usually arrives within 2 weeks (within Australia) or 2 to 8 weeks (outside Australia). Delivery times may vary due to weather or postal delays. As this shipping method does not include tracking, we’re unfortunately unable to provide location updates once your order has been dispatched.

Non AU/US orders

Duties and taxes are NOT collected at checkout. You are responsible for any duties and taxes that may be incurred upon arrival in the destination country. Thank you for your understanding.

US orders

US tariffs will be paid by Puffie Studio after the order is placed.
