Untracked Lettermail

Untracked lettermail usually arrives within 2 weeks (within Australia) or 2 to 8 weeks (outside Australia). Delivery times may vary due to weather or postal delays. As this shipping method does not include tracking, we’re unfortunately unable to provide location updates once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders (outside Australia)

Duties and taxes are NOT collected at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any duties and taxes that may be incurred upon arrival in the destination country. Thank you for your understanding.
